The spirit of Independence shines across the school as the Pre-primary children enjoy their freedom of childhood. The Independence Week celebrated in Vignan’s World One School was an amalgamation of various activities for the preschoolers.

As part of this celebration, we conducted games such as Lemon and Spoon, Frog jump, and Throw Ball. Then there was a coloring competition for the Tricolour Flag. Coloring develops hand strength, visual perceptual skills, and precision of grasp among children. The children expressed their creativity with beautiful colors and were proud of the outcome.

Later there was a photo session of the children, under the banner of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. To top it all off, there was a short animation video presentation for the kids about “The Story of India”. Overall it ended on a fruitful note and the children enjoyed every bit of it. of festivals with true spirit teach students about our Indian traditions. Our Principal appreciated the student’s worth in making beautiful rakhis. 

Raksha Bandhan is one of the most adorable ways to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters. To strengthen this bond, Vignan’s World One School conducted a ‘Rakhi–making’ competition.

Our Students from all classes participated in the competition and made colorful rakhis to tie. They used decorative threads, mirrors, and flowers for making rakhis. Our students used their creativity and ingenuity to create those dazzling rakhis.

The event was celebrated and enjoyed with enthusiasm and zeal. Vignan’s world one school believes that such celebrations of festivals with true spirit teach students about our Indian traditions. Our Principal appreciated the student’s worth in making beautiful rakhis. 

Friendship day is a celebration of the love and care between friends. It is a day to encourage children to share their feelings and express their thoughts about their best friend.

Vigna’s World One School conducted Friendship Day celebrations on 30th July 2022. The idea behind the event was to make students realize that building friendships is not just about having friends but also about being a friend

Our pre-primary Kids were excited, made best friends cards, and tied friendship bands to each other. They also had a lot of fun playing games. Kids were full of excitement and enjoyed the day.

Vignan’s World One School conducted Red Colouring Day celebrations to spread awareness about the importance of the color red. The event was held on the school premises on 24 July 2022.

Students from PP1 and PP2 participated in the event and created red-themed artworks. The event aimed to educate students about the significance of red in different cultures and to promote creativity and self-expression.

After the introduction to the importance of red color, students got to work on their artworks. Some used red crayons to color in pictures, while others used paint to create more abstract pieces.  

At the end of the event, all of the artworks were displayed in the school hallway for everyone to see. The event was a great success, and the students learned a lot about the red color.

Every year, on the occasion of Guru Purnima, World One School pays tribute to its teachers and gurus who have contributed immensely to the growth and success of the institution. This year was no different as the school organized a grand celebration to mark the occasion.

Vignan’s World One School celebrated the event of Guru Purnima on 14th July 2022 with great fervor and joy. The day started with a special morning assembly wherein the students offered their respects to their Gurus by felicitating them with flowers and gifts. This was followed by a scintillating cultural program wherein the students showcased their talent in various fields such as dance, music, and much more

The event ended with a speech by our Principal, who thanked the teachers for their dedication and hard work.  It was a delight to see students seek blessings from their Gurus for a bright future ahead. It was truly a day to remember for everyone present!

Vignan’s World One School conducted elections to elect School, house, and sports student representatives, on 11th July 2022. All the students of the school were given the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidates.

The school administration believes that this election will help instill a sense of responsibility and leadership in the students. The newly elected representatives will be responsible for representing the students in various decision-making processes. They will also work closely with the school administration to ensure that the students’ needs are met.

Vignan’s World one school congratulates all the elected representatives and wishes them all the best in their new roles. We are confident that they will do their best to represent the student body and contribute to the growth of the school.

Wisdom is not limited to books alone and can be achieved through daily life practices as well. So, Vignan’s World one school introduced the concept of  “No Book Day” on 2/07/2022, for nurturing basic skills in a fun method so that kids get ready to face the outside world.

“No Book Day” helps children to build their personalities and improve their basic life skills.  Students were encouraged to learn through games and activities that challenge their minds and make use of their time, including: 

• Spending time with nature
• Storytelling 
• Slokas reciting
• Emerging of a new life through the germination of seeds
• Understanding our sense organs 
• Acts of kindness by helping the blind, dumb and crippled
•  Swacchta Diwas 
• Basic Culinary & Stitching skills

Children showed lots of enthusiasm and enjoyed a lot while doing the activities. Our teachers were happy as they got an opportunity to teach kids the skills required for their overall development. Vignan’s world one school always looks forward to inculcating the skills students need to be successful. 

Vignan’s World One school has a strong focus on academic excellence and a strong commitment to instilling in each student the values of hard work and perseverance. With this view, World one school, Duvvada campus has conducted a ‘No Bag’ day to develop life skills in children.

This initiative aims to empower our students by helping them build team spirit, connect with people, show empathy to others, and enhance problem-solving and decision-making skills. Children came to school without their school bags and course curriculum books. 

We have involved them in some creative learning activities throughout the day. We also conducted group discussions, team activities, quizzes, and role play in the classes

No Bag day was a huge success as it helped children develop essential life skills that will benefit them later in life. Vignan’s World One school is looking forward to conducting such activities for the overall development of children. 

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in India since time immemorial. “The International Day of Yoga” is being celebrated annually on June 21st since 2015, following its inception in the UN General Assembly in 2014.

The prime minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, suggested the date June 21st, as it is the longest day of the year and shares a special significance in many parts of the world.

Vignan Steel City Public school also took this opportunity to commemorate this day by conducting Yoga week and special Yoga Day on June 21st on the school premises. The children of all classes participated in the event along with their teachers.

The principal rendered an informative speech about the importance of Yoga in our lives followed by a demonstration of different Yogasanas, headed by the Principal and the PET. The event continues for the entire week during assembly so that the children can imbibe the true essence and importance of Yoga as part of our daily life.

School bells are ringing loud and clear; vacations are over, and school is here.

The most important day of a child’s education is the first day of school. Firsts are always the best as it is the beginning. Students of Vignan were super excited as they came back to school after the summer vacation.

They had bright faces as they boarded the school bus and happy smiles and chatter spread all over the school campus. It was a huge delight to watch them.

Our teachers welcomed the kids with great joy and surprises to make them feel comfortable and special. The kids are now ready for a challenging year ahead.
