2) Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele Caller located in Thimmapuram,Vishakhapatnam. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential students and their families to provide information about the school and the admission process. You will also answer inquiries and communicate with various departments within the school.

3) Qualifications

Prior experience in sales and customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential students and their families
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
Excellent command over English, Telugu, Hindi Languages
